Yggdrasil Crystals found in the Fensalir Evermire are coloured in purple and have a distinctly blade-like shape. The Crystal Guard use the Yggdrasil substance for unknown purposes. This is evident by a presence of a carved crystal in a group's ritual site near Tiklata. [1]

Talkative Crystal Guard gryphon, Freki, carried at least two crystals at his pouch. He offered these crystals as offerings to Rixli Poor-Hatch and Quill, referring to them as "holy". [2]
Having arrived in Midgård, Gray 55-27 gave Rixli a set of vendible merchandise that included a carved crystal statuettes. [3]
